*MARINE MECHANIC: SALARY NEGOTIABLE
(Experience in Marine AC systems or welding will be considered an added advantage)
#Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Valid CDC and relevant STCW certificates
• Fluency in English (basic communication required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience on tug boats or similar vessels
• Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of marine engines, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and piping systems
• Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Experience in welding/fabrication and Marine AC systems will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with safety procedures and use of PPE onboard
• Ability to work in shifts and under demanding marine conditions
