Manager – Sales (Travel Agent Segment) – Hotel Industry
Location: Famous 4 star hotel in Wattala
A well-established hotel in Wattala is seeking an experienced Manager – Sales (Travel Agent Segment) to drive room sales by developing strong partnerships with travel agents and tour operators.
Key Responsibilities
• Increase room sales through travel agent and tour operator channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international travel agents
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the travel agent network
• Negotiate corporate and travel trade agreements to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and guest handling
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue growth
Requirements
• 2–3 years of prior experience in a similar sales role
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala or Tamil
• Age below 50 years
Other Requirements
• Must possess a vehicle
• 100L fuel allowance provided per month
• Preference will be given to male candidates from surrounding areas
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: LKR 175,000 – 250,000
• Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
• Accommodation: Provided (Male candidates only)
