HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of the agency.

* Handle overseas client communications and agreements.

* Supervise recruitment processes and staff.

* Ensure compliance with government regulations and licensing.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in foreign recruitment or HR management.

* Diploma or Degree in Management / HR or related field.

* Strong leadership and computer literacy (MS Office, Email).

* Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Special Advantage:

* Candidates with experience as an Executive Officer or above at SLBFE will be given priority.

Salary:- Negotiable based on experience.

Location:- Maharagama.
