Key Responsibilities
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance (electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, painting)
• Ensure office premises are well-maintained and safe
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized
repairs and services
Skills and Qualifications
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing and
general repairs
• Ability to work interdentally and troubleshoot minor
issues
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Positive attitude and flexibility to handle varied task
