Key Responsibilities
Supervise loading / unloading operations.
Check goods against delivery notes
Ensure proper stacking , securing and safety compliance
Lead and motivate the loading crew & Suggesting methods to streamline loading & Unloading process.
Identify trends & Common causes for errors and suggesting possible solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ Years experience in warehouse / logistics ( Hardware industry preferred )
Strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of load securing & Safety practices.
G.C.E ( A/L ) or above , Logistics qualification is a Must
