✅ Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L

• NVQ Level 4 or above in IT or Electronics

• Age between 18 – 30 (Male)

• Good communication skills in English/Sinhala/Tamil

• Computer literate

• Ability to work in a team

• Ability to work on Saturdays (Sundays optional)

• Motorbike/Car license (optional)

✅ Skills Required (Not Chip-Level Repairs):

• Laptop hardware replacement (batteries, screens, keyboards, hard drives, SSDs, RAM, cooling fans, motherboards, etc.)

• Laptop diagnosis and troubleshooting (ability to identify and resolve hardware/software issues)

• Software installation and driver setup (Windows, basic applications)

• Customer service and handling inquiries

💰 What We Offer:

• Basic salary + unlimited uncapped commission on repairs and sales

• Overtime, weekend pay, and other extra allowances

• EPF/ETF after confirmation (permanent employment)

• 21 days paid leave annually
