Kottu & Mongolian Chef
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare and cook a variety of Kottu and Mongolian dishes according to company recipes and standards
✔️ Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
✔️ Handle high-volume orders efficiently during busy service periods
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation
✔️ Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
✔️ Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards are maintained
✔️ Support catering and restaurant operations as required
✔️ Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control standards
📋 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Kottu Chef, Mongolian Chef, or similar role
✔️ Experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, food court, or catering operation is essential
✔️ Good knowledge of Kottu preparation techniques and Mongolian cooking methods
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volumes
✔️ Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
⭐ Additional Advantages
🔥 Experience in live cooking stations and food festivals
🍽️ Experience handling large-scale catering events
🌍 Knowledge of other Sri Lankan and Asian cuisine styles
🎓 Culinary training or hospitality qualifications

👨🍳 Male candidates preferred
🎂 Preferred age: 22 – 45 years
💪 Energetic, hardworking, and quality-focused personality
⚡ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
