We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and disciplined Kitchen Helpers to join our team at Dad Thai.

Requirements:
* Male candidates preferred
* Age: 18–40 years
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Interest in learning kitchen operations and Thai-style cooking
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment will be an advantage
* Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness is preferred
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the chef/kitchen team with daily food preparation
* Wash, cut, portion, and arrange ingredients
* Support the kitchen team during lunch and dinner rush
* Assist in receiving and organizing supplies
* Keep the kitchen clean and organized
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Support kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when required
* Help with stock arrangement and basic inventory checking
* Support order packing when required
* Learn basic Thai food preparation methods under guidance
* Learn how to assist and eventually take responsibility at the wok station based on performance and training
* Follow instructions from the supervisor/management
* Be punctual and responsible with assigned duties
