Are you passionate about food, baking, and specialty cafe culture? Cafe Secret Alley is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Kitchen Helpers to join our crew!
Whether you're starting your culinary journey or looking to gain hands-on kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Do:
-Prep Support: Assist with ingredient prep, measuring, mixing for our daily food and pastry menu.
-Kitchen Operations: Keep prep stations stocked, organized, and running smoothly during service peak hours.
-Hygiene & Quality Standards: Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards across food prep areas, equipment, and storage.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen crew to ensure every plate and baked item served meets our quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
-Passion & Drive: Genuine enthusiasm for cooking and quality cafe food.
-Solid Work Ethic: Team-oriented, punctual, and attentive to detail and cleanliness.
-Experience: Basic kitchen experience preferred (culinary school students/NVQ trainees are very welcome!).
-Flexibility: Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and early morning prep when needed.
