Maintenance: Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
Inventory & Stocking: Receiving deliveries, unpacking supplies, and organizing pantries or refrigerators.
Operational Support: Assisting chefs with plating and supporting, waitstaff during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions.
Certifications: Food handler's license (often required).
