Responsibilities for kitchen helper
• Maintains kitchen work areas, floors, equipment, or utensils
• Uses and stores chemical and cleaning supplies • Sorts and removes trash, placing it in designated pickup areas and clean/line
garbage containers
• Wash dishes and/or pots
• Maintain high level of sanitation in immediate area
• Assist cooks and catering (meat/dairy/vegetable) with food preparation
• Bus tables
• Wash pots and/or dishes and other items as needed
• Empty garbage in dining room, kitchen and dishwashing area
• Maintain a high standard of sanitation in all kitchen, serving and dining areas
