♦️ Required work experience - (1-2 years):
♦️ Required Education - Ordinary Level / Diploma
💠Prepare and knead dough for different types of rotis.
💠Ensure the freshness, texture, and taste of the bread meet quality standards.
💠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area at all times.
💠Monitor ingredients stock and report shortages.
💠Assist in food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., rolling dough, helping with other dishes).
💠Follow all food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.
💠Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
