Kitchen Assistant – Job Description
Hotel East Lagoon – Batticaloa is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The selected candidate will assist chefs in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, handle basic kitchen duties, and ensure smooth kitchen workflow while following hotel standards and management instructions.
Kitchen Assistant – Requirements
1.Male / Female candidates
2.Age between 22 – 45 years
3.Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
4.Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene
5.Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
6.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
7.Selected applicants will be required to strictly follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Hotel Management
