🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Junior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, willing to learn, and committed to maintaining high café standards. As a Junior Barista, you will support daily operations while delivering excellent customer service and quality beverages.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation
*Prepare coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes and SOPs
*Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly
*Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
2. Customer Service
*Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
*Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
*Promote add-on items and new menu products
3. Outlet Cleanliness & Hygiene
*Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and service areas
*Follow food safety and hygiene standards
*Support wash-up and cleaning schedules
4. Stock Handling
*Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when items are low
*Assist in receiving deliveries and checking quality
*Follow FIFO method for stock rotation
5. Team Support
*Assist senior baristas and managers in daily tasks
*Follow company SOPs and grooming standards
*Support team members during peak hours
🔹 Requirements
*Minimum O/L qualification
*Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage
*Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training will be provided)
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays)
