*Junior Production Assistant — Pet Food Manufacturing*
Eco Extracts (Pvt) Ltd, manufacturer of the Canine Plus+ premium pet food brand, is hiring a Junior Production Assistant to support our Production Executive.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in planning and preparing production runs (approx. 5–8 production days per month, scaling up)
- Prepare raw material purchasing lists and coordinate with suppliers under instruction
- Receive, weigh, and record incoming raw materials
- Marshal and coordinate casual production workers on production days
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, and hygiene checklists
- Assist with packing, labelling, and dispatch of finished goods
*Requirements:*
- G.C.E. A/L passed (science/technology stream an advantage)
- 1–2 years experience in a food/feed factory preferred; energetic school leavers considered
- Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp/email)
- Physically fit and willing to work hands-on on the factory floor
- Able to travel between Negombo office and factory on production days
- Residence in or near Negombo preferred
