• The Role
We’re looking for an Entry/Mid-Level Graphic Designer who’s ready to grow with us. You’ll work on everything from brand identities and social media content to marketing campaigns and digital assets.
This is not a “sit quietly and design what you're told” role. We want someone who contributes ideas, experiments creatively, and helps define the visual direction of both our brand and our clients’ brands.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• Designing brand identities (logos, colour systems, guidelines)
• Creating social media graphics, and ad creatives
• Producing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, pitch decks)
• Supporting website and landing page visual design
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams
• Brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Ensuring brand consistency across projects
• Managing multiple design projects and deadlines
• What We’re Looking For
• Entry-2 years of design experience (agency, freelance, internship or in-house)
• Portfolio showing branding and digital design work
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/ Hybrid setup
• Good communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Excited about working in a startup environment
• Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience designing paid ad creatives
• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Experience working with international teams
• Salary Range
LKR 600,000 – 900,000 per year
(Salary will be determined based on experience, portfolio quality, and skill level.)
