We’re Hiring | Junior Fashion Designer
Be Desi (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented and commercially aware Junior Fashion Designer to support the development of our ethnic, bridal, festive, and contemporary fashion collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches, and design presentations
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and embellishments
• Assist in developing seasonal, festive, bridal, and occasion-wear collections
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for sample development
• Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, suppliers, and production teams
• Participate in fittings and recommend necessary design improvements
• Monitor sample quality, fit, finishing, and design accuracy
• Support product launches, photoshoots, styling, and campaign execution
• Maintain organized design files, fabric references, and sample records
Candidate Profile:
• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; talented fresh graduates may also apply
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing
• Good fashion illustration and design-development skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software
• Awareness of current fashion and customer trends
• Strong creativity, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines
• Interest in ethnic, bridal, festive, and premium fashion
