-Respond to all customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
-Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
-GCE O/L and/or A/L qualified.
-Prior experience in Customer Service environment will be a definite advantage.
-Ability to communicate in Sinhala or Tamil, and English.
-Friendly and courteous voice and attitude.
-Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
