The selected candidate should be capable of independently handling the following accounting and administrative functions:
✅ Petty Cash Handling and Overall Control
✅ Basic Administration Knowledge and Office Coordination
✅ Working with Accounting Software and Systems
✅ Payroll Preparation and Salary Processing
✅ Preparation and Handling of Final Accounts
✅ Debtor and Vendor (Supplier) Management
✅ Bank Reconciliations and Ledger Maintenance
✅ Supporting senior accountants and management reporting
🔹 Candidate Profile
🎓 Partly qualified / Qualified in AAT / CASL / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
💼 Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role will be an advantage
💻 Good knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ High level of integrity and attention to detail
