Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, personalised, and premium customer experience
Understand customer needs and provide expert styling & product recommendations
Drive sales by confidently presenting and closing with customers
Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately
Manage cash and card payments with attention to detail
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
Requirements
Minimum 2- 3 year of retail experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)
Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
Familiarity with POS systems and billing processes
Excellent communication in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
Basic computer skills and numerical accuracy
A friendly, confident, and team-oriented personality
