We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT & Odoo Support Coordinator to join Vivasa Lanka Pvt Ltd. This role will oversee the company’s Odoo ERP system, coordinate with all departments, and provide support for inventory and store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Odoo ERP system across all departments
Educate and train staff on using Odoo ERP applications effectively
Provide IT support related to ERP, software, and basic hardware issues
Assist in inventory management and warehouse support through ERP
Support purchasing, GRN, stock tracking, and reporting via Odoo
Ensure smooth integration of ERP with daily operations and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and IT-related issues promptly
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (experience preferred)
Basic IT support knowledge (software installation, troubleshooting, networking)
Good understanding of inventory, warehouse, and purchasing processes
Excellent communication and training skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work across multiple departments
