IT Hardware Technician (Field)
Requirements
NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification in IT or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking
Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment (especially laptops and tablets)
Good communication and customer service skills
Must own a motorbike; fuel expenses for work-related travel will be reimbursed
