We are looking for a sharp, disciplined, and accountable Inventory Controller – Head to take full ownership of our stock operations. This role is not about babysitting numbers — it’s about control, accuracy, and leadership. Old-school discipline meets modern systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•End-to-end control of inventory across stores/warehouse.
•Ensure accurate stock records, audits, and reconciliations.
•Monitor inward/outward movements and minimize losses.
•Lead and manage inventory/store staff.
•Implement and improve inventory control systems & SOPs.
•Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and management teams.
•Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as an Inventory Controller / Store Keeper / Stock Manager.
•Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
•Excellent knowledge of inventory systems (manual + software).
•High attention to detail — zero tolerance for mismatch.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Integrity is non-negotiable.
