# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Passed in G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L.

【~】✪ Minimum experience of 1 year in similar capacity will be an added advantage

【~】✪ Strong organizational and communicatons skills

【~】✪ Ability to do multi-task, set prirites and meet strict deadlines

【~】✪ Strong computer skills

【~】✪ Energetic and self-motivated

【~】✪ Experience in working with inventory management software is preferred

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Accurately process and record all incoming goods using the GRN system (myPOS)

【~】✪ Prepare and maintain documantaion for all inventory transations, ensuring compliance with company policies

【~】✪ Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.

【~】✪ Maintain a good relationship with suppliers

【~】✪ Address inquires related to inventory and goods recepit in a timely manner

【~】✪ Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and finance teams to facilitate smooth operations

【~】✪ Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and turnover rates

【~】✪ Experience in a fashion retail or retail industry HR department will be an advantage.
