Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background
Lean Manufacturing knowledge (Green/Yellow Belt preferred)
Internship or early experience (first 6 months) with leading companies are most preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for continuous improvement and efficiency
