【~】✪ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
【~】✪ Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and systems management
【~】✪ Experience in ERP systems and enterprise business applications
【~】✪ Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and databases
【~】✪ Experience managing multi-location IT environments and branch connectivity
【~】✪ Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
【~】✪ Professional IT certifications will be an added advantage
