A private company currently strengthening its corporate governance framework in preparation for a potential Stock Exchange listing invites expressions of interest from qualified independent professionals to serve as Independent Board Advisors / Independent Directors (Consulting Basis).
The engagement aims to support the Board in enhancing governance standards, risk management, strategic oversight, and compliance with capital market best practices during the pre-listing phase.

Applicants should ideally:
-Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification.
-Possess 5–20 years of progressive professional experience, including senior leadership (C-suite / Partner level) exposure.
-Have prior Board-level experience (Executive, Non-Executive, Independent Director, or Board Advisor) in a medium or large organization.
Engagement Terms
Engagement will be on an hourly consulting basis.
Selected professionals will participate in Board and committee meetings and provide strategic and governance advisory support.
