The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating inbound tour operations, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for international visitors. Responsibilities commonly include itinerary planning, hotel and transport bookings, supplier coordination, and traveler support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound tour bookings from inquiry to completion.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide travel support.
Monitor tour operations and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate booking records and reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inbound tourism or travel operations.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
