We are an overseas-based company currently seeking individuals with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with outsourced projects.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading English documents and capable of preparing materials in a pre-formatted manner. Documentation experience is required. We offer flexible terms, including full-time or part-time arrangements, and working from home is acceptable.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares pre-formatted documents and forms related to import & Export goods.
Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent reading and written communication skills.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.
Basic knowledge of Japanese would be considered an advantage.
