Job Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and interview process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
Handle attendance, leave records, and staff files.
Coordinate with management regarding staff requirements and HR policies.
Support payroll preparation and HR administration tasks.
Assist in office administration and communication with employees.
Requirements
Age: 25 – 35 years
Basic knowledge of HR and administration
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage
