Human Resources Executive Position (Male)
It is mandatory to recruit employees to fill job vacancies in the organization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem solving skills, coordination skills and ability to take responsibility for any task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Possession of a recognized professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
Overall knowledge of HR functions including sourcing, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation.

මූලාශ්රකරණය, බඳවා ගැනීම, පුහුණුව සහ සංවර්ධනය, කාර්ය සාධන කළමනාකරණය, වන්දි ගෙවීම ඇතුළු HR කාර්යයන් පිළිබඳ සමස්ත දැනුම.
