Requirement:
Diploma Level qualification in HRM from CIPM or any other recognized institute.
A sound knowledge Microsoft office package
Excellent command in English & Sinhala both written & spoken
Minimum 6 months or more experience in the field of HR in a similar capacity.
Knowledge of payroll would be an added advantage.
Should be well conversed with legal frame work and labour laws.
