01 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
02 Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience,
03 Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
04 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
05 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
06 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
07 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
08 Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
