QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6 months experience in HR or related field for HR Assistant
For HR Intern - No experience required
Following a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
Age below 25 years
Should reside in Kiribathgoda or nearby suburbs
Good communication English and Sinhala and basic computer Knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Basic computer knowledge
(MS Word / Google Spread Sheets)
Positive attitude and team spirit
Previous experience will be an added advantage
Handle recruitment process and candidate coordination
Screen CVs and schedule interviews
Communicate with candidates and maintain records
Support general HR administrative tasks
