Role Overview: We are hiring an HR Executive to support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS administration across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processing.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, documentation, and basic credentialing support for clinical hires.
• Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll liaison tasks.
• Support employee relations, performance management processes, and routine investigations.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and assist with compliance and policy implementation.
• Contribute to staff engagement and training activities.
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and MS Office.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred:
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience supporting clinical staffing or credentialing.
