HR Assistant – Payroll & Administration
💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
【~】✪ Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
【~】✪ Handle EPF & ETF statutory payments and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour regulations
【~】✪ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
【~】✪ Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll reports
【~】✪ Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory submissions
【~】✪ Assist in audits and ensure proper HR file management
【~】✪ Support recruitment and onboarding documentation when required
💠 REQUIREMENTS
【~】✪ Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in HR / Payroll (preferred)
【~】✪ Knowledge of EPF, ETF, and labour laws in Sri Lanka
【~】✪ Part qualification or certification in HRM / Business Administration
【~】✪ Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
【~】✪ Good communication and basic Excel skills
