Hotel Support Staff / Trainees
Scope of Work:
Assist in front office operations and guest handling
Support reservations, check-in/check-out processes
Help with basic administrative and customer service tasks
Assist in daily hotel operations as required
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
2. Driver (Heavy Vehicle)
Scope of Work:
Transport guests safely (airport transfers, safari trips)
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
Ensure safe and responsible driving at all times
Requirements:
Valid heavy vehicle driving license
Good knowledge of routes and road safety
Experience in tourism/hospitality is an advantage
3. Restaurant Cleaners & Cleaning Staff
Scope of Work:
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen areas
Assist with table setup and clearing
Follow hygiene and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Hardworking and reliable
4. Pool Maintenance Staff
Scope of Work:
Maintain pool cleanliness and water quality
Check and manage pool equipment and chemicals
Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pool maintenance (training can be provided)
Responsible and detail-oriented
5. Room Cleaning / Housekeeping Staff
Scope of Work:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
Change linens, restock amenities
Ensure a comfortable and clean environment for guests
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards
General Requirements for All Positions:
Honest, reliable, and hardworking
Ability to work in a team
Previous experience is an advantage (but not essential for trainees)
