Well established Boutique Hotel with super luxury cabana (near Anuradhapura) is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager with good leadership skills to support team and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel (reservations, supervising housekeeping, food and beverages, swimming pool, garden and hotel maintenance) ensuring seamless service, resolving operational challenges as they arise.

• Maintain and uphold luxury hospitality standards across all services and facilities, ensuring attention to detail in every guest interaction.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism while continuously enhancing service quality.

• Maintain financial records, and oversee budgets.
