VACANCY – CHEF
Cocos Polhena, a luxury boutique hotel in Polhena, Matara, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel or reputed restaurant.
* Experience in preparing Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese, Western/Continental, and Russian cuisine.
* Hotel School or recognized Culinary qualification is preferred.
* Good skills in cooking, food hygiene, menu planning, and kitchen management.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and neat kitchen is very important.
* Responsible, hardworking, and well-organized with good attention to detail.
Employment Terms:
* The first 3 months will be a trial/probation period.
* If we are satisfied with the candidate’s performance, the position will be made permanent.
* Good salary based on experience.
* Accommodation and meals will be provided.
Location: Cocos Polhena, Matara
