**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling company accounts as well as assisting in basic factory operations and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
* Handle accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports
* Assist in monthly and annual financial closing
* Manage bank reconciliations
* Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Oversee basic factory operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
* Assist in maintaining factory records and coordination
**Requirements:**
* GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification (Sri Lanka)
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Willingness to learn and take responsibility
* Candidates residing near Negombo / Dungah area preferred
**Training:**
* Training will be provided by the company
