Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Hindi Speaking Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Hindi and English.
• Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information in company systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding requests, complaints, and service-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Salary
