Previous experience in healthcare or as a wellness host is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage a reception area and act as a professional bridge between practitioners and clients

Proficiency in using counseling techniques to manage and comfort clients in the reception area

Strong knowledge of health information privacy regulations.

Skilled in maintaining and organizing confidential records with strict attention to detail.
