Head Chef cum Kitchen Manager Immediate Vacancy
Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka’s leading & largest nursing home network is seeking to recruit a professionally experienced Head Chef cum Kitchen Manager for our luxury nursing home branch in Mount Lavinia.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high quality local & international meals for more than 180 resident senior citizens & staff members, while managing the kitchen team and overseeing the complete kitchen operations.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Age between 35 – 55 years
Minimum 10 years of kitchen experience
At least 5 years’ experience as a Head Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager
Ability to prepare both Sri Lankan and international dishes
Good English communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and handle busy periods under pressure
Experience in kitchen management and maintaining high hygiene standards
Working Hours:
6.00 am to 6.00 pm
What We Offer:
Basic salary plus allowances up to Rs. 220,000, negotiable according to qualifications and experience
Permanent employment with annual salary increments
