✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform professional hair cutting and styling
✔ Carry out hair colouring, highlighting, straightening, rebonding, and other chemical treatments
✔ Perform hair washing, blow drying, hair spa, and scalp treatments
✔ Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care treatments, and retail products
✔ Maintain high standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality
✔ Stay up to date with the latest hair trends and styling techniques
✅ Requirements:
✔ Qualification in Hairdressing, Beauty Culture, or a related field
✔ Previous experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist
✔ Good knowledge of hair colouring, styling, and chemical treatments
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💰 Salary:
LKR 65,000 – 130,000 (Based on experience, skills, and performance)
