About the Role
The Guest Relations Executive plays a central role in delivering warm, attentive, and professional service across multiple areas of the hotel. As a key member of a small, high-performing team, you will support restaurant service, bar service, housekeeping, guest interaction, and general day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing position that requires flexibility, confidence, and a natural passion for hospitality. You will help ensure guests feel cared for throughout their stay, whether assisting with meals, maintaining beautiful public spaces, supporting room preparation, or responding to requests.
The Guest Relations Executive role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a boutique environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
• Provide friendly, attentive service in the restaurant, bar, lounge, and pool areas.
• Welcome guests warmly and respond to questions, requests, or concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with check-ins/outs when required.
• Offer local recommendations and support guests in navigating their stay.
Food & Beverage Support
• Serve drinks, snacks, and meals safely and confidently.
• Set up and clear breakfast, lunch, and dinner service areas.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
Housekeeping Assistance
• Support the housekeeping team with room preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lounge spaces, walkways, and poolside.
General Operational Support
• Assist with stock rotation, simple inventory tasks, and replenishment of guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management.
• Support retreat weeks with additional setup (e.g., early-morning snacks, equipment organisation).
About You
• Warm, friendly, and naturally confident with guests.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and working across different departments.
• Dedicated to high standards of presentation, service, and teamwork.
• Reliable, honest, and positive, with a proactive approach.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
