What You'll Do
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
• Welcome and engage with customers while ensuring outstanding service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Coach and support restaurant teams to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Assist restaurant operations during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
