💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar General Technician or Maintenance role
Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, or general building maintenance
Valid Sri Lankan driving licence with the ability to travel for maintenance-related duties
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
Residing in or willing to work in Colombo – Mount Lavinia

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems
Attend to maintenance requests promptly to ensure all facilities remain in excellent working condition
Perform routine inspections and report any repairs or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records while ensuring a clean and safe work environment
Drive company vehicles when required to transport equipment, materials, or attend maintenance work at different locations
