තනතුර: ගබඩා කළමනාකරු (Store Manager)

අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්:

අධ්‍යාපනය: කළමනාකරණය හෝ සැපයුම් දාම කළමනාකරණය (Supply Chain / Warehouse Management) පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාවක් හෝ උපාධියක් තිබීම.

පළපුරුද්ද: ප්‍රධාන ගබඩාවක් පාලනය කිරීම, තොග පාලනය (Inventory Control) සහ සේවක මණ්ඩලය මෙහෙයවීම පිළිබඳ වසර 2-3 ක පළපුරුද්ද.

තාක්ෂණික දැනුම: ERP හෝ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) සහ පරිගණක දැනුම (Excel) තිබීම.

හැකියාව: පොත් සහ ලිපිද්‍රව්‍ය විශාල තොග නිවැරදිව කළමනාකරණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

Qualifications required (සුදුසුකම්):

Education: A diploma or degree in Management or Supply Chain / Warehouse Management.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in managing a main warehouse, inventory control, and supervising staff.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer literacy (Excel).

Skills: Ability to accurately manage large stocks of books and stationery.
