We are looking for a motivated and professional Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all front office operations including reservations, check-in/out, and guest relations
• Lead and train the reception team to maintain high service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, management, and other departments
• Manage room inventory, rates, and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a hotel front office role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Confident, well-presented, and guest-focused
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, PMS systems a plus)
