We are a growing city hotel in Dambulla seeking a confident and proactive individual to lead front office operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures professionally
• Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Coordinate room status with housekeeping
• Support guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain booking systems and basic PMS records
• Upsell tours, transport, and F&B services where applicable
• Ensure high guest satisfaction standards
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English (Sinhala required; Tamil advantage)
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Confident personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer literacy (Excel / PMS systems preferred)
